Temperature has a significant impact on the natural aging process of batteries. Detailed experimental data shows that for every 5 degrees Celsius increase in temperature, the battery life decreases by 10%. The rated operating temperature range of a double decker battery is 10 ℃~30 ℃ (the optimal temperature is 25 ℃± 5 ℃). Excessive temperature will seriously shorten the service life of the double decker battery. All technical data is measured at a rated temperature of 20 or 25 ℃. Low temperatures will reduce the available capacity of UPS batteries. The absolute upper limit of ambient temperature is 55 ℃, and UPS batteries cannot exceed 45 ℃ during use.

For double entry batteries, the charging voltage does not need to be adjusted with temperature changes within the range of 15-35 ℃; If the ambient temperature deviates from this range, the charging voltage needs to be adjusted accordingly with the change of temperature.

It is normal for the power of UPS dual access batteries to decrease after long-term storage. The daily energy loss of UPS batteries is 1-3%, and rechargeable batteries should be charged and used immediately. Long term storage should awaken the UPS battery in advance.

Slight heating during the charging process is a normal phenomenon. When the dual entry battery heats up severely, it should be stopped immediately, otherwise it will cause damage to the UPS battery. Excessive heating of UPS batteries is generally a problem with the charger, and such chargers should be set to slow charging mode. If there is no slow charging function, this charger cannot be used.
