Panasonic Battery Voltage Abnormality
The characteristics of abnormal voltage of lead-acid batteries during charging and discharging are as follows:
A. Low open circuit voltage or low charge-discharge voltage.
B. Voltage drops rapidly when discharging to the termination voltage and restores to a higher voltage soon after discharging stops.
C. When charging, the voltage rises very fast. When stopping charging, the voltage falls too low and too fast.
D. There is a negative voltage when discharging.
E. When charging, the voltage rises and the voltage is on the low side.
The reasons for the abnormal voltage of Panasonic batteries are as follows:
A. Internal short circuit and reverse pole.
B. Plate sulfation.
C. The plate is corroded and fractured, and the active substance falls off.
D. Low or high density of electrolyte.
E. Over-tolerance or malfunction of measuring instruments.
F. Poor contact at the junction.
G. Negative plate contraction and purification.
H. Excessive discharge.
J. Insufficient charging.
L. Self-discharge is large.
_poor starting performance
The poor startup performance of Panasonic battery means that it can not reach the required value when discharging at high current. Generally caused by the following reasons:
A. The false welding of the junction bar (wall weld) of Panasonic battery and the junction of end column and pole column occurs at the junction of confluence row and pole plate, resulting in poor starting performance or inability to start.
B. The density of electrolyte is low, the internal resistance is large, and the internal resistance of separator is large.
C. Bending and sulfation of positive plates.
D. The contact resistance between discharge equipment and storage battery is high.
E. Short circuit of pole group and connecting of pole plate.
F. Abscission of active substances.
G. There are problems in product structure and process formulation.
H. Excessive discharge current.
J. The ambient temperature is too low.
